About Us
A little about me . . .
My name is Ashley Jolly. I am the owner and operator of Jolly Kids Cuts. I have been doing hair in the Austin area for 13 years now. I specialize in kids with all needs. I take a lot of pride in my career and it is something I am truly passionate about.
I was born and raised here in Austin, but also lived in Dallas. I have 2 amazing kids, ages 13 and 14. I also compete in Bull Riding -- feel free to come check out a show sometime! I plan to use this business to help sponsor rodeos, and especially children with special needs, in the rodeo community.
I love what I do and I hope to spread this as far as I can.
Thank you to everyone that has become not only my friend by my clients as well. Without y’all none of this would be possible. I look forward to the new clients AND friends to be made!

A Few Policies
- Come as a client, leave as family!!
- It is by appointment only so please book your appointment.
- There is a very strict 5 minute late policy. I will be doing haircuts every 15 minutes so if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please give me a call or go online to reschedule.
- Don’t worry if your child is a little difficult during haircuts. In the 13 years I have been working with children in the hair industry I have seen everything you could imagine. As long as we work together, we will get it accomplished. Patience is key.
- If your child has special-needs or you feel like they will need a little bit of extra time during their haircut, Please select the extra care haircut when booking. This will give me 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes.
- Please make sure your child’s hair is de-tangled as much as possible before coming in. If there are really bad tangles or mats in the hair, there will be a charge for detangling based on how much time it takes and I might not be able to do it based on the time limit available.
- After 3 no call no shows you will be charged a $15 fee and will be required to pre-pay for your haircut when booking your appointment.
- There will be balloons, lollipops, and other goodies available for your children to have after their haircut.
- If you are unsure about a haircut style for your child, please go online and find some picture references in case they are needed. I will work with you and talk you through what would work best for your child’s hair as well.
- Come get a Haircut and have fun. I have fantasy car chairs and they can pick their show to watch on TV. This will help make it as stress-free for you and them as possible!!!
